Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier, and delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for lost packages. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we accept exchanges only. Items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, in original condition, free from odors, stains, pet hair, and damage, and returned with original tags (if applicable). If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at Maximizemymanor@gmail.com, including your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Claims submitted after seven days may not qualify for an exchange or replacement. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect, and replacement items are subject to product availability.
Because products are made specifically for each customer, we generally do not issue refunds. Refunds may only be issued if we cancel your order before production begins, or a replacement cannot be provided for a verified defective or incorrect item. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.
